When will my order arrive?
At the time of your first order, we will collect your shipping and payment information. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Shipping is free on orders over $60 and on subscriptions, and orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day. Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address.
If you have an active subscription and need to update your shipping address, please update your information through your thirstee® account or contact our Customer Care team at least 72 hours before your subscription renewal.
Once your order has shipped and leaves the thirstee® facility, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or issues that occur during transit. Risk of loss and title for purchased items transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier.
We do our best to ensure all orders arrive as quickly as possible. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or increased shipping volumes.
What's the difference between the two flavors?
Both thirstee® flavors are made with the same science-backed formula designed to support hydration and healthy-looking skin. The difference is the taste experience.
Citrus has a bright, refreshing flavor with a fresh lemon-forward profile.
Coconut has a smooth, tropical flavor inspired by a beachside ritual with a naturally creamy finish.
Are the ingredients safe for daily use?
thirstee® is formulated for daily use with thoughtfully selected ingredients in amounts designed for everyday hydration and wellness.
Can I return a product if I opened it?
No. For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How much water should I mix with each serving?
We recommend mixing one serving with 12–20 oz of cold water.
Use 12 oz for a bolder, more flavorful drink, or 20 oz for a lighter, more refreshing taste.
Stir or shake well and enjoy chilled for the best experience.

thirstee® is designed for daily use, so the best time is the time you'll remember to take it consistently. Many people enjoy it as part of their morning routine, but it can be enjoyed anytime throughout the day. For best results, make it part of your daily ritual.
Is thirstee® vegan?
Yes. thirstee® is made with vegan-friendly ingredients and contains no animal-derived ingredients.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.
