30-Day Return Window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Our team will send the instructions and prepaid shipping label.
Eligible Items
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Contact us if your order arrives damaged or defective.
Free Return Shipping
Approved returns include a prepaid shipping label. Attach it to your package and drop it off with the carrier.
HOW TO return ITEMS
Follow these simple steps to return your order

Go to 'My Orders' and select the order you want to return. Click 'Request Return' and choose your items.

Print Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it and attach it to your package.

Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any UPS or USPS location. Make sure items are securely packed in original packaging.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Returns
We accept returns of full-priced, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including any opened items.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll send the correct item at no additional cost.
